What is the ØRN Buy Back Scheme?

It is estimated that over 50% of reusable furniture is sent to landfill. ØRN Furniture is helping the circular economy by reducing the waste and recirculating restored products.

ØRN’s Buy Back scheme makes it easier to re-use, recycle and reduce our environmental impact.

  • Contact our sales team to discuss if we can buy back your old ØRN furniture.
  • Following confirmation you will be asked to return your furniture to our warehouse.
  • You will receive an ØRN account credit, following the return of the items.

ØRN Buy Back service Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are in addition to, and do not affect, the ØRN Returns Policy.

If we accept your products for resale, you will receive an ØRN account credit for the agreed amount. Account credit is redeemable for a 12-month period from the date of issue and can be used on any ØRN furniture purchase.

Pricing structure - Up to 20% of the original NETT value can be reclaimed, subject to product condition. Products will be assessed on an item-by-item basis by ØRN furniture.

Products we accept

The specific products that are eligible for the Buy Back scheme are marked with the ØRN Buy Back Scheme symbol.

They must be fully owned by you and not carry any hidden debts or security interests. If a product is returned not fully and correctly assembled to ØRN’s satisfaction, we will not be able to provide an offer.

All items must be returned clean, unmodified and in good, resalable condition.

Products we do not accept

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept items which do not have this symbol listed.

However, we are always looking for new opportunities to improve our services so do check back in the future.

Where is the Buy Back service offered?

Please note that the service is for active ØRN Furniture Dealers only. The Dealer will need to provide details of the original sales and purchase orders.

This service is only offered in the UK and is valid on products purchased after June 1st 2022.
